# 비밀번호 초기화 방법

> \[환경설정-사용자정보] 메뉴에 접근 가능한 관리자가 사용자의 비밀번호를 초기화하는 방법입니다.

1️⃣ 사용자 목록에서 비밀번호 초기화를 진행할 사용자를 선택해 주세요.

2️⃣ 사용자의 아이디 옆 ‘비밀번호 초기화’ 버튼을 클릭하시면 비밀번호 초기화 확인 팝업이 나타납니다.

3️⃣ 비밀번호 초기화 확인 팝업에서 **확인 버튼을 클릭하시면 비밀번호 변경이 완료되며 생성된 랜덤 비밀번호가 나타납니다.**

4️⃣ 랜덤 비밀번호를 복사 후 전달하거나 ‘메일발송’ 버튼을 클릭하여 해당 사용자의 메일로 발송할 수 있습니다.

> 변경된 비밀번호는 다시 확인이 불가하니, **비밀번호 초기화 팝업을 닫기 전 비밀번호를 복사하거나 메일발송**해 주세요.
